Our Goal.
Our goal is to help our members develop leadership skills to use at the local and state level, building our communities in the process. We aim to develop robust chapter projects that encourage chapters to grow membership, practice proper meeting techniques, utilize business skills to run their organization, and foster a growth mindset in each of its members. We offer opportunities for individual members to showcase their skillsets in competition, scholarship opportunities, internships, and individual awards.
